Chef Hok Yeung Leung had made special arrangements at the Emperor's Wok to give the dish the authentic touch.
And it looked Lovely when Pujitha brought it to my table on a trolly. He is quite an expert at carving the duck.
Then it was Kaushalya's turn to pack the hot crispy strips cut by Pujitha into soft fluffy Chinese pancakes. She added the chef's special sauce and made the best roll I had ever eaten in my entire life.
I bet Chef Hok Yeung Leung, Pujitha and Kaushalya will give the chefs in China a run for their money, if they ever decided to set sail for China.
All the best to my new friends at the Emperor's Wok.
