Leaving Delhi Airport on Sunday Night

I have made a habit of leaving Delhi on Sunday nights. Here I am off again...this time for Colombo, the beautiful capital city of Sri Lanka. I have a lot of time at the airport lobby...the formalities at passport control and the check in counter went off so smooth...i can hardly believe my luck.

The usual crowds are missing...I wonder why?
