Ceasefire Violated in Sampoor , Thamilselvan tells Norwegian Envoy

Norwegian Envoy Visits Killinochi, Meets LTTE leaders after Sampoor Fall

Norwegian envoy to Colombo Hans Brattskar, visited Killinochi Wednesday and met LTTE's political head S P Thamilselvan. After the meeting Thamilselvan told mediamen that the attack on Sampoor and its capture by the Sri Lankan Army was a violation of the 2002 Norway brokered ceasefire between the Sri Lankan government and the Tamil Tiger rebels.
