This is the picture of Anand Prakash Lal's father, reading the paper in the morning.
He retired as a teacher at Patna's St Xavier's and now leads a retired life...spending time between his sons in Delhi ( Anand ) and Patna.
Anand and I have been friends for over a decade now, and when ever I visit his house I make it a point to seek his father's blessings.
Anand rolls his own cigarettes...but to date does not dares to smoke in his father's presence.
But then why smoke at all ?
